What exactly is a "seat"?
One named user account in your deployment. If you have eight program managers who need to log in, that's eight seats. Seats are what you pay for — projects, gates, tasks, and milestones are always unlimited.
What happens after I purchase?
You receive a purchase confirmation and access to the AI-guided Setup Wizard. The wizard configures your Cloudflare deployment, builds your Supabase database, provisions your subdomain, and activates your license — automatically. Most deployments are live in under 20 minutes. No IT team required.
Can I add seats later?
Yes. Each additional seat is $500 — no tier jumps, no cliffs, no re-licensing. Add one or add twenty; you pay the same per-seat rate you started with. Your total stays capped at $50,000 ($40,000 for founding clients) no matter how much you grow.
Do I have to buy maintenance?
No. Your first year of Priority Maintenance (Tier 2) is included free with every license. After that, maintenance is entirely optional. Critical security patches continue to be applied to your deployment regardless of whether you carry an active maintenance agreement — and continuous infrastructure security (WAF, DDoS, encryption) runs 24/7 through Cloudflare and Supabase independently of maintenance.
What if I don't renew maintenance?
Your software keeps running. You keep all your data. You stop receiving feature updates and the annual security scan — but critical patches continue, and the infrastructure-layer security provided by Cloudflare and Supabase is unaffected. You can re-enroll in maintenance at any time at the same annual rate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30-day fully provisioned trial with all features enabled. Business email required, no credit card. Your trial data transfers seamlessly to your purchased license if you buy within the trial period.
Do you offer refunds?
If the Setup Wizard cannot successfully complete your deployment, we refund the full license purchase within 30 days. Once your deployment is live and operational, all sales are final — but we work directly with you to resolve any issues that arise.
How do I pay?
Credit card or ACH via Stripe. Purchase orders are accepted for deployments at the Enterprise tier — contact us to arrange.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your Supabase account, your Cloudflare account, your data. Phase Gate Manager LLC retains ownership of the source code and IP — but your deployment, your configuration, and every record inside it belong to you.
What if I'm a founding client candidate?
Founding Client pricing ($10,000 base + $500/seat, capped at $40,000) is available to the first 10 paying clients only. Once the tenth license is sold, the offer closes permanently. Founding clients keep their pricing locked in on renewals forever, and commit to participating in a case study or public quote when requested. Contact us to see how many founding spots remain.
My deployment is large or has special requirements. Can we talk?
Yes — and for deployments above 100 seats, please contact us first. Phase Gate Manager is a turnkey application, not a custom integration project. Your IT team manages your Supabase and Cloudflare accounts; the Setup Wizard handles everything else. Before a large purchase, we want to walk you through the turnkey model to make sure it fits your organization — compliance requirements, data residency, and internal IT policies all factor in. Your pricing stays capped at $50,000.

Your pricing stays capped at $50,000.
