Every PGM customer receives dedicated Cloudflare and Supabase infrastructure on their own accounts — not a shared SaaS multi-tenant database where you're one of thousands. We configure your security policies, provision your dedicated database, set up your custom subdomain with SSL, integrate your email, and verify the entire stack end-to-end before handing over the keys. Typical timeline: up and running in days, not weeks or months. AI-automated setup ships in V1.1 as a free update for existing customers.

Your IT or security team will need to approve and provide unrestricted access to four things: Cloudflare Pro subscription (required for our security configuration), Supabase subscription (tier based on your team size and data volume), Resend account (free tier covers most deployments), and the Phase Gate Manager application itself (deployed to your Cloudflare Pages from our private repo). We provide SOC 2 Type 2 reports for Cloudflare and Supabase, vendor security documentation, and IP allowlist information to support your IT team's review. Plan for a brief approval cycle if your organization has a formal vendor review process — typically 1–3 weeks.

Yes. Beyond your included 20 seats, each additional seat is a one-time +$500 — the same rate for Founding and Standard licenses. Once your additions reach the $75,000 cap you're at the Unlimited tier: add as many users as you want, forever, at no extra cost. Add one seat or a thousand — same published rate, no cliffs, no re-licensing.

Your software keeps running and you keep all your data, because it is installed on infrastructure you own. Security patches, critical bug fixes, and compatibility updates continue at no charge. We commit to supporting your licensed version for a minimum of seven years, and to giving twelve months' written notice before any version reaches end of life.

Yes — a 30-day fully provisioned trial with every feature enabled. Request access with a business email (no credit card required); we review and provision your trial environment. Your trial data transfers seamlessly to your purchased license if you buy within the trial period.

Every license includes a 20-day refund window. The refund declines 5% per day from purchase date — full refund on day 0, zero refund on day 20 and beyond. Once your deployment is live and operational, we work directly with you to resolve any issues that arise.

By purchase order and invoice. Once we agree on scope and seat count, we issue an invoice payable by ACH or check. We do not accept credit cards.

You do. Your Supabase account, your Cloudflare account, your data. PGM LLC retains ownership of the source code and IP — but your deployment, your configuration, and every record inside it belong to you.

Founding pricing ($15,000 for 1–20 seats, then +$500/seat above 20 to the same $75,000 unlimited cap) is available to the first 5 customers only. Once the fifth license is sold, the offer closes permanently — there is no calendar deadline. Founding clients pay the Founding price permanently — it is not an introductory rate that steps up later — and commit to participating in a case study or public quote when requested. Yes — and for deployments above 100 seats, please contact us first. Phase Gate Manager is a turnkey application, not a custom integration project. Your IT team manages your Supabase and Cloudflare accounts; we handle the rest of the setup directly with you. Before a large purchase, we want to walk you through the turnkey model to make sure it fits your organization — compliance requirements, data residency, and internal IT policies all factor in.
